At USA Containers, delivery is a carefully managed process, from the moment your order is placed to the final placement at your location. Our goal is simple: safe, reliable, and transparent delivery, with no surprises.
Step 1: Order Confirmation & Logistics Questionnaire
Once the customer places an order or signs a rental, rent-to-own, purchase order, or payment-on-delivery contract, our logistics team takes over.
Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), the customer will receive a delivery questionnaire from our logistics team.
This questionnaire helps us understand:
Delivery location and access
Site conditions
Preferred placement details
Any potential obstacles
Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays do not count as business days.
Delivery Process: Step-by-Step
Step 2: Scheduling Your Delivery
Using the information provided, our logistics team contacts one of our drivers and coordinates the delivery.
A delivery date is typically confirmed within 3–4 business days
The customer is notified once the delivery is scheduled
This planning step ensures the correct equipment and route are used for your specific location.
Step 3: Loading and Securing the Container
Once the container passes inspection, it’s carefully loaded onto the trailer.
This process is done with precision:
The container is properly aligned and balanced
Straps and chains are used to secure the load
Extra care is taken to prevent any shifting during transport
This step is critical for:
Your container’s protection
Road safety
Compliance with transport regulations
After the container is secured, the driver contacts the customer with an update, including an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Step Step 4: Delivery Day – What Happens On-Site
Once the container passes inspection, it’s carefully loaded onto the trailer.
